Processing Time:

I aim to ship all orders within one to two weeks. For made-to-order items, please allow up to two weeks for processing, as these items are handmade just for you.

Tracking:

Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you an email with the tracking information so you can follow its journey. Please note that if you select "Letter Mail" tracking is NOT available.

Combined Shipping for Multiple Items:

If you’ve ordered both made-to-order and other items, I will ship everything together in one package once the made-to-order item is ready.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by me. I recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on any potential charges before placing your order.

Bearbeitungszeit:

Ich bemühe mich, alle Bestellungen innerhalb von ein bis zwei Wochen zu versenden. Für made-to-order Artikel kann die Bearbeitungszeit etwa zwei Wochen betragen, da diese Artikel von mir handgefertigt werden.

Sendungsverfolgung:

Sobald deine Bestellung auf dem Weg ist, sende ich dir eine E-Mail mit der Sendungsverfolgung, damit du deine Bestellung verfolgen kannst. Bitte beachte, dass bei der Versandoption "Letter Mail" KEINE Sendungsverfolgung verfügbar ist.

Kombinierter Versand für mehrere Artikel:

Wenn du sowohl made-to-order Artikel als auch andere Artikel bestellt hast, wird alles zusammen in einem Paket verschickt, sobald der made-to-order Artikel fertig ist.

Zollgebühren und Einfuhrsteuern

Bitte beachte, dass bei internationalen Bestellungen Zollgebühren, Einfuhrsteuern und andere Gebühren anfallen können, die vom Zoll des Ziellandes erhoben werden. Diese Kosten sind vom Käufer zu tragen und werden nicht von mir übernommen. Ich empfehle sich vor der Bestellung bei der Zollbehörde Ihres Landes über mögliche zusätzliche Kosten zu informieren.
