1. Geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Verträge, die über den Online-Shop „Little Guys Co. by Joyce Müller“ zwischen Joyce Müller (im Folgenden „Verkäuferin“) und ihren Kunden abgeschlossen werden.
Für Kunden mit Wohnsitz außerhalb der Europäischen Union können die hier aufgeführten gesetzlichen Verbraucherrechte (wie das Widerrufsrecht) nicht in vollem Umfang gelten. Für internationale Kunden gilt zwar in den meisten Aspekten ebenfalls deutsches Recht, allerdings finden bestimmte Verbraucherrechte, wie das Widerrufsrecht, nur für Kunden mit gewöhnlichem Aufenthalt in der Europäischen Union Anwendung.
2. Vertragsschluss
Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald der Kunde im Online-Shop eine Bestellung aufgibt und diese abschließt. Der Kunde erhält eine Bestätigung per E-Mail.
3. Preise und Zahlungsbedingungen
Alle angegebenen Preise sind Endpreise. Aufgrund der Kleinunternehmerregelung gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen. Die Zahlung erfolgt per PayPal, Kreditkarte oder Shopify Payments.
Für internationale Kunden können zusätzliche Kosten wie Zollgebühren im Zielland anfallen, die der Kunde selbst trägt.
4. Lieferung und Versand
Die Lieferung erfolgt mit DHL. Die Versandkosten richten sich nach dem Zielland und werden im Bestellvorgang angezeigt.
Die Versanddauer beträgt in der Regel etwa ein bis zwei Wochen, kann jedoch bei handgefertigten Produkten länger dauern. Die Versandzeiten und Verfügbarkeiten können sich je nach Produkt unterscheiden.
4.1 Internationale Lieferungen und Zollgebühren
Bei internationalen Bestellungen können zusätzliche Zollgebühren, Einfuhrsteuern oder sonstige Abgaben durch die zuständigen Behörden des Ziellandes erhoben werden. Diese Kosten sind vom Käufer zu tragen. Little Guys Co. by Joyce Müller übernimmt keine Verantwortung für diese zusätzlichen Gebühren und gibt keine Erstattung für entsprechende Kosten. Wir empfehlen dem Käufer, sich vor der Bestellung bei der Zollbehörde seines Landes über mögliche zusätzliche Kosten zu informieren.
4.2 Verantwortung des Käufers bei internationalen Bestellungen
Der Käufer ist dafür verantwortlich, sich über die geltenden Zoll- und Einfuhrbestimmungen seines Landes zu informieren und alle anfallenden Gebühren zu entrichten. Sollte der Käufer die Zahlung dieser Gebühren verweigern oder es zu Verzögerungen bei der Zollabwicklung kommen, übernimmt Little Guys Co.by Joyce Müller keine Haftung für verspätete Lieferungen oder zusätzliche Kosten.
5. Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung im Eigentum der Verkäuferin.
6. Widerrufsrecht
Für Kunden innerhalb der EU: Kunden haben das gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen für physische Produkte. Eine entsprechende Widerrufsbelehrung wird bereitgestellt.
Für digitale Produkte: Das Widerrufsrecht für digitale Produkte erlischt, sobald der Kunde ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass der Vertrag durch den Beginn des Downloads erfüllt wird und damit das Widerrufsrecht erlischt.
Das Widerrufsrecht gilt nur für Kunden, die ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in einem Mitgliedsstaat der Europäischen Union haben. Für internationale Bestellungen (außerhalb der EU) bieten wir derzeit kein Widerrufsrecht an.
7. Rückgaberecht
Little Guys Co. by Joyce Müller hat eine 30-tägige Rückgabefrist. Das bedeutet, dass du, nach Erhalt deines Artikels, 30 Tage Zeit hast um eine Rückgabe zu beantragen
8. Haftung
Die Verkäuferin haftet nicht für verlorene Ware oder Schäden, die auf dem Postweg entstanden sind. Sie übernimmt keine Haftung für nicht selbstverschuldete Schäden.
9. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Dies gilt für alle Verträge, unabhängig vom Wohnsitz des Kunden. Der Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz der Verkäuferin, sofern der Kunde Kaufmann ist.
10. Zahlungsbedingungen und Fälligkeit
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Bestellprozess angebotenen Zahlungsmethoden, entweder per PayPal, Kreditkarte oder Shopify Payments. Die Zahlung ist mit Vertragsschluss fällig.
11. Gewährleistung
Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsvorschriften.
12. Streitbeilegung
Die Verkäuferin ist nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen. Für Kunden innerhalb der Europäischen Union wird jedoch auf die OS-Plattform der Europäischen Kommission zur Online-Streitbeilegung verwiesen: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand
Erfüllungsort und Gerichtsstand für alle Verpflichtungen aus den Vertragsverhältnissen ist der Sitz der Verkäuferin, sofern der Kunde Kaufmann ist. Bei Verbrauchern gilt der gesetzliche Gerichtsstand.

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop "Little Guys Co. by Joyce Müller" between Joyce Müller (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and her customers.
For customers residing outside the European Union, the statutory consumer rights listed here (such as the right of withdrawal) may not fully apply. While international customers are generally subject to German law, certain consumer rights, such as the right of withdrawal, only apply to customers with their habitual residence in the European Union.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places and completes an order in the online shop. The customer will receive a confirmation via email.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices listed are final prices. Due to the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown. Payment is made via PayPal, credit card or Shopify Payments.
For international customers, additional costs such as customs fees in the destination country may apply, which the customer is responsible for covering.
4. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made by DHL. The shipping costs depend on the destination country and are displayed during the ordering process.
The delivery time is generally about one week but may take longer for handmade products. Shipping times and availability may vary depending on the product.
4.1 International Deliveries and Customs Fees
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be imposed by the relevant authorities in the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Little Guys Co. by Joyce Müller assumes no responsibility for these additional charges and will not provide refunds for any such costs. We recommend that buyers check with their local customs office regarding potential fees before placing an order.
4.2 Buyer’s Responsibility for International Orders
The buyer is responsible for being informed about the applicable customs and import regulations of their country and for paying any fees that may arise. If the buyer refuses to pay these fees or if there are delays in customs processing, Little Guys Co. by Joyce Müller will not be liable for any delayed deliveries or additional costs.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is made.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For customers within the EU: Customers have the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for physical products. A corresponding withdrawal notice is provided.
For digital products: The right of withdrawal for digital products expires once the customer has expressly agreed that the contract will be fulfilled by starting the download, and the right of withdrawal will then cease.
The right of withdrawal only applies to customers with their habitual residence in a member state of the European Union. For international orders (outside the EU), we currently do not offer a right of withdrawal.
7. Return Policy
Little Guys Co. by Joyce Müller has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
8. Liability
The seller is not liable for lost packages or damages occurring during shipping. No liability is assumed for damages not caused by the seller.
9. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. This applies to all contracts, regardless of the customer’s place of residence. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the seller, provided the customer is a merchant.
10. Payment Terms and Due Date
Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the ordering process, either by PayPal, credit card or Shopify Payments. Payment is due at the conclusion of the contract.
11. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply.
12. Dispute Resolution
The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board. However, for customers within the European Union, reference is made to the EU Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
The place of performance and jurisdiction for all obligations arising from the contractual relationship is the seller’s place of business, provided the customer is a merchant. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
